OverEZ Coop Shipping Policy

Free shipping is offered to most U.S. states. A 4% shipping surcharge applies to Idaho, California, & Washington due to higher freight costs. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.

Small Items (feeders, waterers, accessories) ship via FedEx or UPS directly to your door—no appointment needed.

Large Items (coops, runs, blinds, greenhouses) ship via LTL freight. The carrier will call before delivery. Freight trucks are typically 50 ft+; ensure your location is accessible or coordinate pickup from a local terminal.

Freight deliveries are curbside only. Missed, refused, or inaccessible deliveries may incur return or storage fees.

Always inspect deliveries:

• Note minor damage as “damaged.”
• Refuse major damage & contact support with photos.
• Report missing items as “SHORT” on the Bill of Landing & email us at milefour@milefour.com
