Manage Subscription Tutorial

Manage your Mile Four subscription in a few taps. Pick a topic:

Open Manage Subscriptions

Sign in

  1. Tap Account (bottom bar on your phone, person icon at the top right on a computer) and sign in with the email you used to order. Then open Manage Subscriptions.

Skip a delivery

  1. Open Manage upcoming orders.

  2. Tap Skip shipment next to the order you want to skip.

Change your next delivery date

  1. Tap Edit future order.

  2. Pick a new date. Choose Only update next order dates (or Update all future orders to move every order), then tap Save changes.

Pause your subscription

  1. Tap Edit future order.

  2. Choose Pause future orders, then tap Save changes. Come back and pick a new date whenever you're ready to restart.

Change how often it ships

  1. Tap Change frequency.

  2. Pick 1, 2, 3 or 6 weeks, or 1, 2 or 3 months, then tap Save.

Add a product

  1. Tap Add products.

  2. Search, or tap the product you want.

  3. Pick the size and type. Choose Add to this subscription to get it every order, or Add to next order only for a one-time add.

Swap or remove a product

  1. Open Products in my subscription.

  2. Tap Swap product to change it for something else, or Remove product to take it off.

  3. When swapping, choose the new size or type, then tap Select product.

Update payment

  1. Open Payment information.

  2. Tap Change payment information. We'll email you a secure link to update your card. Your card details are never entered on this page.

Change your shipping address

  1. Open Address and shipping information.

  2. Tap Edit next to Shipping address.

  3. Update your address, then tap Save changes.

Order early

  1. Running low? Tap Order now to ship your next order today.

Cancel

Just need a break? Pause or skip a delivery instead.

  1. Open Cancel subscription.

  2. Tap Cancel subscription to confirm.
